Meet Travis Evans – The Davey Tree Expert Company

Hello, my name is Travis Evans, I'm a second-generation ISA Certified Arborist with 19 years of experience in the green industry. I’m the district manager for The Davey Tree Expert Company servicing Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. It has been rewarding being able to build relationships based on trust, that go beyond the quoting and servicing experience.

Davey is one of the nation’s largest employee-owned companies which has been in business since 1880. Davey has residential and commercial tree and landscape service lines, including the Davey Tree Surgery Company that work extensively for PG&E in the Santa Cruz and Monterey areas to help maintain state and federal compliance regulations.  Our local office offers everything from fine pruning, tree removals, large tree installations, fertilization, pest and disease management, and even forestry mowing. We have several ISA Certified Arborists with a wealth of tree care knowledge. We’re here to provide solutions for your green space.  

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz which enables me to connect on a familiar level with clients. My wife and I have been together 12 years and share two children, Lucas, age 7, Lila, age 4 and of course, Goose, our family dog. We spend most of our spare time outdoors, fishing, 4-wheeling, dirt bike riding, and camping.
