CLCA Central Coast Chapter
We are a non-profit trade organization of state-licensed landscape and landscape-related limited specialty contractors.
CLCA's membership, which totals approximately 900 individuals statewide, includes suppliers to contractors, landscape architects, educators, public officials and students.
The Central Coast Chapter was founded in 1973 and currently includes 105 members in Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito and Santa Clara counties.

David Ventura of GraniteCrete
enjoys solving landscaping requirements
David “Dave” Ventura is the Senior Account Manager at GraniteCrete, Inc. He enjoys coaching volleyball, spending time with his family, golfing, and riding his motorcycle. However his favorite thing is traveling with his wife in their travel trailer around the country, visiting all the National Parks.
While Dave has decades of experience in sales under his belt, he doesn’t fall under the stereotype of a “salesman.” Adept at forming relationships, he’s dedicated to ensuring each client’s happiness and satisfaction. In no time, Dave will feel less like a business acquaintance and more like a friend.
Dave’s been with GraniteCrete for 6 years now. He really enjoys working with clients to help solve their landscaping requirements. GraniteCrete gave him the opportunity to help build a startup company, something that, up to this point, he hasn’t had the opportunity to do in his career.
Dave joined the CLCA a little over 4 years ago. He says that he joined connect with people in his industry. He also joined the board of directors for a couple of years as secretary/treasurer. Dave was happy to see that everyone in the CLCA is open to sharing their experience and knowledge. “I’ve learned so much from this. I highly recommend anyone in the landscaping industry join the CLCA, they have so much to offer,” he says.
Most days you’ll find Dave at some city or county park, backyard, commercial building directing workers or brokering a deal.
